Unique Approach to Training
CharTrain Consulting has formulated a unique approach to delivering subject matter on sometime complex issues. A series of case studies and anecdotes help students relate the theory to their particular needs. Classroom theory where possible is always reinforced with hands on practical demonstrations on production equipment. Many times the training module also becomes the process troubleshooting solution. Lines of communication are opened from the front office to the production floor. Solutions are the aim ‐ not blame of the game.
